Apartment Rates and Floor Plans

Standard lease terms are 12 months. Short term rentals are available, please ask your rental agent for a price quote.

The first months rent is needed to take the unit off the market.

The security deposit is due upon the start date of the lease, prior to moving in. This payment must be cash, bank check or money order.

The security deposit can never to be used for the payment of rent.

Security deposits are refunded after vacating the apartment and management completes a move out inspection. Security refund checks are mailed on the tenth of the following month.

Our pet policy is indoor cats or small dogs under 30 lbs are permitted. The pet rate is an additional $75 per month. Kittens and puppies are not permitted.
