New Year's Detox Smoothie

Do you feel like the last six weeks have felt like a non-stop marathon of eating and drinking?  Uh yeah, me too....  So let's jump right into this receipe.  

1/4 Cup of frozen blueberries;

1 Banana;

2 Kiwis;

2 Cups of Fresh spinach or kale;

1/4 Avocado

1 Teaspoon of gound cinnamon;

1 Teapsoon of groun ginger;

1 cup of coconut water;

1/4 cup of plain greek yogurt and tablespoon of peanut butter. 

ADD all ingredients to a blender and puree until smooth and well combined.

ENJOY
